[問題] 自製便當多少卡
請問一下
因為減肥,
現在開始自己煮、自己帶便當。
我每餐都固定有青菜跟雞胸肉,
再加一顆荷包蛋!
而有時候會自己多炒一道菇類當小小的配菜。

而我炒青菜的油只有放大概布丁湯匙大的一匙左右。
而雞胸肉是乾煎再烤箱烤過。
想請問一下
這樣大概多少卡呢??

我要來自首一下!! 我家有個煎蛋小圓鍋,基本上那個油是我爸煎上一顆蛋留下來的..
所以我也目測超過1小湯匙!! 但是,煎起來之後我有用餐巾紙正反吸了2次~~
我家的鍋子都會沾鍋..............T.T 煎蛋好困難
