[討論] 大家覺得有效的下半身減脂?
最近一個月開始做深蹲+電腦人瘦腿跟腹部
偶爾會加入一些搭橋動作跟捲腹
這樣一天大概花40分鐘做這些運動
感覺好像效果不大
想說要不要再加入慢跑1hr
會猶豫是因為我一周只能跑一到兩次
沒有天天跑這樣會有效果嗎
想問問大家覺得對下半身減脂最有效的運動是什麼?
