[討論] 關於立定跳遠訓練法

各位版上的朋友好,我是今天參加一般警察特考的考生
因為要參加第二階段的體能測驗中有一項 立定跳遠(要超過190)
我的身高186 體重85 輕微扁平足
自己練習時大概就在170~180 好一點的時候就是180up
平常都有在運動的習慣 (跑步 打籃球) 自己認為可能是姿勢錯誤
爬了版上的文 有增強式訓練法 和 核心訓練
目前天天按表操課的練習
但還是很緊張怕訓練法錯誤或不夠
離考試剩下一個月
希望版上經驗豐富的朋友能夠指導我該如何訓練並給我一些寶貴的意見

所在地大台北全區都可以 只要有熟悉此向體適能的人願意教導我正確的方式與訓練方法
