[閒聊] 又到了鼓勵女生重訓的時候了
剛剛在Akrofitness看到他發的新動態,很勵志、很感人

又到了鼓勵女生重訓的時候了~今天的主角不是什麼選手,只是一個熱愛『健力』
熱愛運動的女生。這種例子不計其數,讀多了她們的故事歷程都很像這個影片。
她的故事:
。一直都有運動習慣,打排球、田徑隊
。大學以後,愛吃愛喝愛玩
。胖了以後,一直做有氧還是胖,開始懷疑是不是天生註定是“大個子”
。某個原因接觸了重訓 (她是因為交了練健力的男朋友)
。第一個學的是:沒錯,深蹲
。再來,硬舉
。她很快突破大部分女生的心結:她不怕舉很重
。她學會如何計算營養質,什麼都吃,但是適量
。身體開始蛻變,肌肉、線條開始出現
。沒有永無止境的做有氧
。身體變壯了,信心出現了
。更可以享受美食,享受生活
