[心得] 慢跑新手
開始慢跑邁入第二周
覺得大腿後鬆弛的橘皮緊實了
以前在學校跑個4k
雙腳就要鐵腿兩天
習慣運動後精神也好多了
因為職業關係(護理師)要輪班
目前上大夜實在不知道該怎麼調整運動時間 只好在上班前至少跑個2k
洗完澡再準備上班
身高158cm
體重54kg
吃的方面一天兩餐
不會特別喜歡吃炸物
水分是白開水+無糖茶飲
目標50kg
