[討論] 慢跑減肥
開始慢跑減肥已經有一段時間了
因為看到網路文章有介紹超慢跑
讓我比較能夠持續,體力也比較能夠持續5-6KM
速度約為6-8公里
其實我看起來是不胖
164/52/大腿52/小腿35
但小腿真的胖到炸掉
但現在比較想先繼續減重再練線條
因為開始超慢跑後,小腿完全沒有甚麼太大的感覺
只有大腿偶爾會痠痛而已,這樣跑步方法是對的嗎?
感覺小腿沒用到力,應該不還沒瘦會就練出肌肉吧
這樣大腿算是有練到嗎?
最近也開始在練深蹲,但很多文章說應該會痠屁股跟大腿後側才對
但我又是大腿前側才痠痛,會不會是因為姿勢錯誤才這樣?
深蹲,如果跟慢跑同步天天練,能夠瘦得比較快嗎?
