[討論] 統一高纖無糖豆漿
晚上8點運動完後都會喝1瓶統一高纖無糖豆漿,否則到晚上10、11點肚子會餓。
會選擇無糖是因為減肥期間不想攝取過多糖份,
但是每次喝統一高纖無糖豆漿…隔天一直排氣外加拉肚子2、3次…
最近想找替代的飲品,ex:瑞穗低脂鮮乳(290ml)或是光泉低糖鮮豆漿(450ml)
但是又很怕糖份攝取過多…
希望版友可以給個建議,感謝大家!
PS:每天都會一杯手搖的無糖綠,晚上5~6點吃晚餐。
