[討論] 游泳15分和爬三樓十趟
我是考生,為了增加體力,讓唸書有效率,每天早上都會快走30分為ㄧ天的開始
本來傍晚還會去游泳,ㄧ次15分【很喘】,蒸氣房待15分,ㄧ星期三次
效果超好,雖然累,好像啟動新陳代謝,晚上變好睡,唸書有效率三餐吃多點,朋友都說我變瘦很多
問題是,進入倒數,換到另一環境,唸書處在三樓,廁所在ㄧ樓
每天要上廁所,吃飯,加起來近十次【8-21】
請問這樣的運動效果跟游泳比,那個比較好呢?
