[討論] 熬夜的嚴重性???
請問各位板友
小弟因為工作與習慣的關係
每天幾乎兩點睡,八點起床
這應該算是有熬夜到@@?
想問一下這對減重真的友很大的殺傷力嗎?
實在很苦惱,請各位給點意見
熬夜到底會造成什麼樣的問題?
若勢必要熬夜,該怎麼做後天的補救@@?
