[閒聊] 游泳與重訓
我有幾個關於健身的疑問想請問大大們
有人說游泳會軟化肌肉 (減肌肉?)
那如果游泳與重訓交替訓練會怎麼樣?
所以如果目的是減脂,以每次運動一個小時來說
到底是游泳加重訓有效,還是跑步加重訓有效呢?
