我已經這樣吃這樣運動了,體重卻是比還沒運動前還要多個3~4公斤
是我的飲食出了狀況還是運動量不足,或是甚麼其他的問題呢?
最近信心已經大崩潰前來求助,能否幫幫我? >"<
