[討論] 就是個疑問...
爬文很久了。
但也很想做個實驗,手機排版請見諒喔!
以前總覺得不吃不喝或不吃澱粉就會瘦,每天細細發露此版才知道不能這樣。
可是還是有疑問阿,
照版面來說,不吃到基代只會瘦肌肉不會達到真正減肥效果,於是我很想知道,那三天斷食或只吃菜肉而且量非常少可以減幾公斤?
重點來了,這三天我還都有跑步運動最少一天一小時,結果一天吃不到基代再加運動連0.1也沒少!!!是怎麼回事呢?我是不是該去看醫生阿...雖說是實驗但也太扯了吧
