愛上夜跑的原因
1. 讓愛美的你不需受紫外線折磨。
2. 夜間涼爽舒適更適合運動。
3. 流汗的狼狽模樣不會被看見。
4. 運動完後能提高睡眠品質、舒緩壓力。
5. 隔天精神狀況佳,工作效率也提升。
6. 改善黯沉的膚況,看起來較有氣色。
7. 幫助排水與代謝,減輕水腫情形。
8. 利用跑步時間放空腦袋與釋放不好的情緒。
慢跑前你該注意
飲食:下班後要跑步的人,建議適時地吃一些東西,
千萬不要空腹跑步以免血糖過低或沒力氣;
跑前1小時可選擇較好消化的水果、麥片飲品或蘇打餅乾。
跑步中該注意的
跑步節奏:跑前熱身是必須的,完成簡單的靜態伸展後,
第一階段建議你先快走暖身,循序漸進經過小跑之後,再
開始加快速度或是增長距離。慢跑時全身肌肉要放鬆,雙
臂自然擺動,挺胸縮小腹,重心稍微向前,建議使用腹部
呼吸,呼吸要深長且保持節奏,可兩步一呼、兩步一吸。
慢跑後的保養知識
對於正在減重的人,運動後除了水以外還是可以補充醣分,
並避免蛋白質分解而消耗肌肉,但總卡路里儘量控制在300卡左右;
若是餓著肚子睡覺,隔天反而會感到疲備,甚至會失去跑步動力。
而愛美的你,夜間保養時別忘了伸展放鬆腿部肌肉,抬高腿5-10分鐘,
再從腳掌到大腿按摩達到排水與加強迴圈,隔天你會發現雙腿變得緊實許多,
視覺上也會較為纖細。
