[討論] 自己在家煮的熱量?已刪文
我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是

各位版友大家好
最近認真在減肥,開始執行約1個月
除了幾乎每天運動(有氧+阻力訓練)之外,三餐都自己弄
但體重不降反增,身形也沒有太大變化
懷疑是不是因為自己煮所以不自覺吃太多OTL
對於每餐要吃到澱粉+蛋白質+蔬果是滿偏執的,所以營養應該沒問題
但就怕熱量超標
希望能有好心版友幫我估算這樣的熱量有無需要調整,謝謝!!
p.s. 我身高161 體重54.6(今天早上量的,但她從開始減時候的53一直緩慢上升QQ)
(大約兩個月前量的)基代是1250左右,體脂肪23-24%
-------------------以下是今天菜單(每天量都差不多)-------------------------
早餐: 一顆馬鈴薯(無油乾煎) + 果汁(今天是一顆蘋果+一顆檸檬+一點牛奶)
玉子燒(用量是一顆蛋,無調味)
午餐: 燉肉烏龍麵一碗(馬鈴薯+紅蘿蔔+白蘿蔔+豬五花+整把青江菜+烏龍麵+味增)
全部裝得進一個略大的碗公
馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔的量大概是大塊的各兩三塊
豬五花我也不確定有多少
之前燉一大鍋的時候肉的總量約100g,分三次吃完,所以大概30-40g
烏龍麵就一包
青江菜生重應該有200g
晚餐: 大約半匙麻油炒蔥薑蒜+三朵大香菇+一些高麗菜(大概是五片撕碎)+雞胸肉約80g
一碗飯
烹調方式幾乎都是煎或炒
但幾乎不放調味料,油也加很少(有時候會先把肉的油逼出來再拿油去炒菜)
從很久以前我還是瘦子開始,食量就一直都很大
上述的東西吃起來對我而言都是七分飽而已
每個周末休息日會吃一點外食(不太忌口,但會避免吃太多+盡量找菜吃)
然後運動量的話,今天跑+走半小時約4.75km(大部分用走的)
晚上會加做個深蹲(約50下)、空氣椅(一分鐘)、幾下捲腹(真的只有幾下)
所以......
請問我有沒有吃太多呢 QAQ
自己煮菜,常常想著要把冰箱的菜清掉
很怕吃太豐盛最後只能變健康的微胖子瘦不下來 QAQ

所以這樣看起來
我比較需要調整的大概就是運動量?
改成一天運動1hr有氧外加回家做深蹲、空氣椅不知道夠不夠呢?
食物的部分會微調,少一咪咪澱粉(太愛吃馬鈴薯QQ)
一直以來喜歡用炒的是因為喜歡辛香料,炒起來很香
之後會減少炒東西的比重
