[討論] 為何游泳的減肥效果反而比武術好?
我所謂的武術不是指太極拳那種喔
而是要跟人對打的那種 像是說散打搏擊啊 詠春 空手道 各種兵器的演練
武術就是個耗體能很大的運動吧 你出個拳 踢一腳 掄一下關刀還是丈八蛇矛
挑個劍 劈個斧 這些動作你重複個幾百下 流出來的汗恐怕都是打籃球 跑3000m
...等等的幾十倍吧
可是看很多雜誌都說 游泳一小時能耗費500多大卡 練武術一小時卻只有耗掉400多大卡
這讓我覺得很不可思議
為何武術的減肥效果反而比游泳差呢?
當你站上擂台跟人對打 想要戰勝對方的時候 你甚麼招式都會盡管使出來的
甚至有時還會把對方抱起來摔 這樣耗費出來的熱量還少嗎?
