[減肥] 關於基代的一些小問題
減重到現在剛好8個月了
靠著運動加上飲食的克制也順利的從94-->75
可是對於基代這部份仍然有點疑慮
懇請板上神人指教
我知道有要瘦脂肪必須吃到超過基代
可是……以我目前的情況究竟要超過多少呢?
目前每天的運動量:
早晚各6.5k的慢跑(時速10km)
P.s這部分速度有需要放慢嗎?
胸 背 手重訓分別做一休一
實在是很煩惱要吃超過多少啊
怕吃少沒效果 怕吃多了又變肥(淚奔)
