[討論] 火雞肉是好的蛋白質來源嗎?
每天傍晚運動完
晚餐很常吃火雞肉飯
不過我習慣不加雞油
只淋一點醬油醬汁
之前google過
火雞肉好像是脂肪含量最低的肉類
不知道把火雞肉當成運動後補充蛋白質來源如何呢?
還是豆腐會好一點?
有時候喜歡來份皮蛋豆腐或是白菜豆腐湯 @@
就外面賣的板豆腐或是中X豆腐這樣
因為覺得豬肉比較肥
雞肉又太乾 @@
當然我知道牛奶和豆漿都不錯
不過如果要當晚餐
不知道有什麼好的蛋白質來源
