跑步何時可增加距離
目前剛開始練習跑步,希望能參加馬拉松,但是該怎麼設定距離?
是一開始跑3000公尺,過一陣子再加上去變4000公尺嗎?
或是只是身體OK就可以自己任意加?
每週該練幾天?三到四天或是更多?
每週該抽出一天長跑嗎?(10公里或半馬)
