[討論] 慢跑+皮拉提斯這組合如何呢?
主要是想要減脂,所以每隔一天慢跑一次約45分鐘
兩次慢跑中間就是做皮拉提斯30mins
看了很多版上文章都說有氧同時還要鍛鍊肌肉才行
不過我目前並沒有加入健身房的打算,不曉得皮拉提斯有沒有鍛鍊肌肉的功效呢?
找了很多文章不過都沒找到皮拉提斯或是瑜珈這類的運動到底算是哪種呢?
大部分都是說皮拉提斯是鍛鍊肌力不過這不等於重訓吧?也就是練這個不會長出新肌肉?
問題有點奇怪 希望大家看得懂@@
