[討論] 睡眠不足還要運動嗎?
因為工作關係,近來都是深夜1點多下班,回到家已經快2點,
然後一直有運動的習慣,常跟著影片操高間歇,
外加6點多爬起來晨跑,但是近來卻覺得頭暈的頻率很高囧
我是需要放棄運動,好好睡覺嗎>"<
可是又睡不著......ORZ
