[討論] 靠牆空氣椅式的股四頭肌訓練可每天做嗎?

小弟最近開始運動了~~是慢跑!!
跑阿跑的~~膝蓋有點酸,於是查了網路,說訓練股四頭肌可減輕膝蓋的負擔喔!!
於是開始了股四頭肌訓練。
訓練方式是>>>>找面牆,背與腰皆靠牆面後,半蹲90度,撐60秒X3組,組間休息一分鐘。
大腿會感覺很痠喔~~~~
想請問的是,這可每天做嗎??
不行的話~~可一周五天嗎???
