我覺得這內容有點太驚悚了
這文章指的長跑已經是超級長跑的等級了吧 64~80公里
普通人Fitness一般有氧跑步大概都落在半小時至一小時時間
所以應該是不會有下面提到的狀況發生才對
這和我長久以來爬文學習的有氧瘦全身有些出入
我還是認為有氧運動搭配重訓是減脂增肌的不二法門
內文提到
專業的足球員及跑者在訓練中要完成超過40~50英哩 (64~80公里),在血液中含有較少的
性腺釋素(LHRH)、黃體激素(LH)、較小的睪丸(Testes)、較少有活動的精子。而在血液中
,沒有壓力的情況下,含有較高的葡萄糖皮質素(Glucocorticoids)。因此,這些運動員
,骨骼缺乏鈣質、骨骼量降低,增加壓力性骨折(Stress Fractures)及脊椎側彎
(Scoliosis)的風險。
這應該是對於這類馬拉松跑者的影響而不是一般人慢跑的影響吧
所以看完文章的心得還是覺得太過驚悚
