[討論] 練腹肌有 次數/重量 的差別嗎?
上次看到板娘的文章 講到小腿肌肉的
好像是"重量小次數多 肌肉容易結塊 重量大次數少 肌肉會變得修長"
之前看黃阿文教授的書 講到腹肌市儈比較特別的肌肉
想請問腹肌是否也是要用重量大次數少訓練
或是每天做三組 每組做到力竭就會有修長不結塊的腹肌呢?
很抱歉觀念很笨又不知道怎麼找答案
只好來這邊問了
