[閒聊] 關於跑步的熱身
就是....
若是跑步前只有拉筋而已,而沒有熱身
單純就以跑步作為熱身的動作
那這段熱身跑,勢必要放慢速度
不然就會嚴重影響後面的速度跟續航力
打個比方
假設跑10K,其中9K可以4.5分速跑
但最前面熱身這段1K的距離可能只能跑到6分速以下,甚至是要到7分速
那這樣其實影響速度蠻多的
我想問的是,該如何加速前面這段熱身的過程?
有啥技巧嗎?
