[討論] 肘撐棒式(核心訓練)後腰脊椎痛

我在做網頁中 步驟3:核心訓練 訓練1:正面搭橋
在準備動作的時候
後腰的脊椎會明顯酸痛相當不舒服(身體下凹跟呈直線都會痛)
要把臀部稍微凸起來才不會不舒服(但這樣微拱的姿勢可以嗎?)
目前撐不到2分鐘
這樣表示哪部分肌肉力量太弱呢?
還是我脊椎哪裡可能有問題反而是傷害 囧
