[討論] 重量訓練 與 有氧 的順序
各位好
不好意思,
我爬了一下文,
知道重量訓練對塑身的重要性。
我平常就有在做有氧運動,
偶爾加入一些很簡單的伏地挺身及仰臥起坐,
應該不算什麼重量訓練...
現在想要加入一些重量訓練,
請問我應該在有氧前做還是有氧後做比較好呢???
