[討論] 小腿拉筋
一般跑完步後,會做小腿拉筋,
讓肌肉伸展開比較不會變粗變壯,
但是小腿前面骨頭旁邊的長條肌肉該怎麼拉呢??
這問題困擾我好久唷...那邊的肌肉怎麼樣都消不掉~"~
請教大家有什麼建議嗎??
