[閒聊] morning cardio
最近迷上看一個大奶奶的水管頻道
裡面有一個觀念

就是在晨間 空腹 做 低強度的有氧,可以有助於消脂
還很強調要低強度,不然身體會消耗掉 比較容易消耗的,也就是肌肉(?)
不知道大家有沒有試過
