韓國《enews》娛樂新聞調查發現,她們在演唱會等重大活動前,會吃專屬減肥餐,早餐
吃玄米飯搭配烤雞胸肉、當季蔬菜,午餐除玄米飯、雞胸肉,額外補充生菜沙拉及堅果,
晚餐則吃番薯、水煮蛋及沙拉,三餐均衡攝取澱粉、蛋白質等營養成分。
健身練出好身材
《enews》指出,偶像常分享瘦身食譜,但分量少,民眾難效法,不過少女時代的減肥餐
,熱量約1200大卡,不需挨餓。網友紛說:「要遵循菜單減重。」
她們除靠控制飲食甩肉,還勤健身,成員潤娥、俞利都練出精實腹肌。她們的健身教練說
:「每天花10分鐘,依照4分鐘進行有氧運動、3分鐘肌力運動、2分鐘有氧運動、1分鐘緩
和運動等程序健身,持之以恆,即可練出少女時代的好身材。」
