[討論] 想請問一下關於基代的問題

我真的已經翻過精華區也搜尋過關鍵字了
可能是原po國文造詣不好吧
一直有個問題無法理解@@"
查到的相關文章都沒有講得很明白
所以才會希望來問板上的各位大大=)
有關於基礎代謝率
我自己是目前這樣假定啦
不過不知道是不是正確的結論
假設今天我的基礎代謝率測出來是1000大卡好了
那麼我就是最好吃到1300大卡,然後再利用運動燃燒熱量
例如瘋狂的踩了腳踏車一小時消耗了400大卡
所以我今天所減輕的熱量應該就是400-300=100?
請問是不是我腦中想像的這樣子呢?
板上幾乎都是一些探討
基礎代謝率真的要吃到嗎
或是如何增加基礎代謝率之類的問題= ="
