[減肥] 請為我指點一下

三餐內容
早餐:兩片白吐司+一杯沖泡果汁奶粉
午餐:一般便當(幾乎都是4樣菜+一道肉)
晚餐:一杯馬玉山之多蔬黃金胚芽仁(裡面會加一點燕麥片)+一樣水果(通常是蘋果或
蓮霧或奇異果)
日常作息時間:約12點多睡,8 9點起來
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天走路大概30分鐘+睡前踩300下腳踏車
我的問題:之前念書壓力大,吃不太下,最瘦有到49公斤,可是上了大學以後,
消夜+壓力小,體重瞬間變胖,令我超級不敢置信。
我這樣的作息大約有2,3個月,覺得大腿跟屁股有變小一點,可是腹部
好像還沒消,要怎樣才能讓腹部也一起變小?而且最近一個月好像有掉髮現象,是不是我
的菜單不健康?聽人家說生理期來的時候可以吃比較多是真的嗎?我都常會被這個傳言
誘惑...
