[閒聊] 仰臥起坐練直肌 沒法瘦小腹?
有一種說法是
仰臥起坐練的是腹直肌
但是讓人有小腹的是橫肌
所以仰臥起坐練得再勤
也對消小腹沒有作用?
請問這樣的說法正確嗎
我目前是每天睡前作 50 下
的確是沒什麼太大效果
但是下班回來就很累了…
