[問題] 數個問題請教
1 胸肌如果捨棄飛鳥是否影響?
平板斜板 槓啞鈴都有做,總覺得夾
胸類動作,重量夾不大,好像也
沒什麼感覺。若是捨棄任何飛鳥
在肌肉上成長是否有任何影響?
2 有看水肥哥文章,但發現有衝突。訓練量與肌肉成長呈正比。但又有一篇提到,胸推
一週超過22組其餘都是白做了。 訓練量要到不就要把組數拉高嗎? 若組數有限制,光靠
加重量是很難增加總訓練量的。 這觀點有矛盾,有請前輩指導。
3 蛋白質吃不夠會怎樣? 比如我一天要吃到180克,但有可能一些工作限制導致當天吃了
100克而已。這會對肌肉帶來什麼影響。是流失嗎?
