[問題] 要怎麼教人硬舉

如題
小弟練了10個月 對於硬舉小有心得
目前身高178 80KG 1RM大概 140KG
最近有個同學表示想學硬舉
新手會發生的問題除了圓背以外在她身上全部都有
太蹲、槓鈴閃膝蓋重心前移、感受不到臀部發力
她坐姿體前彎55、站著手掌貼地後手肘還可以彎曲,所以我認為不是柔軟度問題
但因為她是女生小弟不好意思直接幫她喬姿勢
大家有什麼建議嗎?
還是乾脆直接叫它去找教練?
