[問題] 超級瘦子到底應該怎麼健身?

我身高174 體重50 目前20歲
從我出生開始就一直都是這種體態
BMI從來沒有正常過 一直都是過輕
我食量不差 大概是1.5個便當量或以上
之前高中時期比較有空時 我每一三五下課會去學校的健身房練
每次練完就去吃晚餐 一定是一盤炒飯+一碟小菜+中份鹽酥雞+果汁/巧克力牛奶
大概就是這種組合
持續了半年 "完全"沒改變 外表看不出改變就算了 連體重都幾乎沒變
我記得只胖了2公斤而已吧
然後我就放棄了...
那時我做了史密斯(20kg)
飛鳥(8kg)
啞鈴側平舉 (8kg)
還有最常見的舉啞鈴的方式(8kg)
跟練胸肌的那個器材 就是雙臂張開 然後往前畫一個半圓的那個 (4格)
每種我都是各做12下 做三輪 全部做完大概1小時
現在因為身材關係 深受打擊 玻璃心碎滿地 所以我下定決心要成為正常人身材
應該怎麼做比較好? 照著我之前那樣做嗎? 還是說之前的做法有錯
如果是的話 應該怎麼改進呢?
目前我每天都會記錄飲食 盡量吃超過每天所需的熱量300卡
但是訓練方面我就不知道應該怎麼辦了 還請大家不吝指點
