早餐:2顆茶葉蛋+鮮奶1000cc 5*2 + 29=39g
午餐:雞胸肉280g 81.2g
晚餐:2顆茶葉蛋 5*2=10g
----------------------------------------------
130.2g
以我體重75來說
重訓日要攝取 重訓要75g*2= 150g
已經很拼命吃了,其他大大是怎麼捨取蛋白質的呢!?
