[問題] 雙槓練三頭的技巧
每次用雙槓練三頭或下胸,都撐不起來怎辦?
上次撐起結果肩膀超痛,請問有技巧能撐起來嗎?
還是這動作只適合三頭很壯的人才能練啊?
