[問題] 減脂期重訓要全部同一天做還是分開做?
減脂期最重要的就是維持住肌肉,
假設一個禮拜二四六三天重訓
練胸,背,腿
1.那是每次都各練一個器材*3組
2.還是說每次只練一個部位然後三個器材*3組
對減脂期,全身的肌肉維持最有幫助呢??
