[問題] 前蹲鎖骨要爆啦!
我很喜歡前蹲,但每次前蹲的時候都會有個問題,就是槓會壓在鎖骨上壓得很痛,甚至有
時候會把脖子壓出淤青來
到了後面幾組的時候這還會變成一個限制因素,讓我不能專注在動作上
有試過用套在槓鈴上的那種黑色軟墊,但幾乎沒有改善
用毛巾也沒什麼效果,反而還會難以把槓架好
想請問各位大大有沒有什麼方法可以避免前蹲時鎖骨被壓痛?或是有什麼品質好到可以讓
槓壓了不痛的軟墊?
老實說weight thrust也有類似的困擾...骨盆被壓得好痛,但至少weight thrust還能墊上
厚厚的瑜珈墊來防,可是前蹲不行...
