[問題] 在家用啞鈴深蹲
一直等待不到大里的健身房
所以只好在家自己練
由於安全性和成本的考量
只買了舉重床和組合啞鈴來練
現在比較大的問題是
練胸練背啞鈴19KG舉起來感受度都還算不錯
然而練腿時候 做保加利亞蹲還好
而用啞鈴練深蹲 搞到最後覺得腳還有力量
但是手已經快撐不住了
請問如果要用啞鈴練腿 還有什麼方式適合呢
