[問題] 硬舉相關疑問已刪文
各位巨巨先進們晚上好。
上健身房已3個月了,最近小弟終於開始硬舉。
姿勢有持續微調檢視,也在摸索身體運用的部位,因此對於重量也還在拿捏嚐試。
腿與上背總是沒什麼感受,反而下背太容易產生痠痛感,讓小弟很驚慌。
姿勢方面,下背確定有縮住緊繃未拱起。
但槓片重量也才放40kg,一組才5下,下背就發痠,腿和上背則是完全沒fu。
請問這是身體對硬舉動作的警訊嗎?還是單純下背太弱,多鍛鍊幾回就會習慣?
