★跨越增肌低谷:大重量訓練法
如果你陷入了增肌低谷,在專業人士的指導下,不妨試一下大重量訓練法來進一步擴展你
身體的潛力。大重量訓練法通常採用1~3RM的負重量,即使出渾身解數也只能完成一至三
次練習的重量進行訓練,因此做動作的次數和練習組數較少,組間間歇比較短,一般是十
五至二十秒鐘左右,因而訓練中的耗氧量和體力消耗都很大。
由於訓練超出了平時慣用的重量,並接近了做動作的極限負重量,加之組間間歇短、密度
小、強度大,因而練習中肌細胞要付出很大的承受力,很快會出現肌緊張,甚至痙攣,從
而產生突破生理常態的動力作用,促使你的肌肉迅速增長。
