[問題] volume跟強度?
之前看水肥哥的文章,有提到volume大的人不管是肌力還是肌肥大效果都會比較好
但是好像也有一個概念是強度,聽起來似乎是指,要是你一直做10rm的重量,就算volume
高肌力也不會有明顯進步
這好像也可以呼應為什麼做drop-set對肌力的增加沒什麼幫助
想請問有沒有人能更詳細的說明一下volume跟強度的差異?
然後最近還看到有人說5*5的課表對健力volume過大,強度不足,請問各位的看法如何呢?
