[問題] 好保存 有飽足感的食物
如題
小弟工作是晚上6點下班
通常中午12點吃完便當,大概四點左右就有飢餓感了
等到下班才吃 通常會吃很多
而且我消化又慢 大概要9點多才能運動
會延後睡眠時間
想說4點左右補充個零食
至少可以撐到8點 重訓不會沒力氣又不會太飽難消化的那種
目前只有想到地瓜
方便攜帶 不容易壞掉
不用加熱就可以嗑
