[問題] 請問滑輪下拉&拉單槓
請問各位巨巨,滑輪下拉與拉單槓的差別是否只是差在強度不同,而原理與練到的肌群是差不多的呢? 因為我學校的重訓室沒有單槓可拉,想說假如用滑輪下拉並且調高重量是否可以達到與單槓差不多的效果呢? 謝謝大大指教!
