[問題] 時間有限 該如果分配
小弟高三準考生,
高二時有自己在家重訓,
但是升上高三要面對學測,
每天六點出門,
回家快要晚上十點了,
大概只有半小時可以運動,
個人胖胖的 172 88
感覺要減掉脂肪一定要有氧,
還是一天重訓 一天有氧?
但是真的沒有很充足的時間ˊˋ
請問有大大可以推薦一下嗎?
考完試想要瘦到80
然後以後有打算去健身房。
