[心得] 肌肉減少真的減少得很快阿QQ
小弟不才
身高176cm
體重95kg
當完兵以後每天最喜歡做的運動就是慢跑
至少跑10km以上(只是不知道為什麼體重一直沒有變ˊWˋ)
但是最近發現再當兵時最引以自豪的伏地挺身+引體向上有退化的趨勢
伏地挺身從隨便都100下 => 100下要分三次做
引體向上從最高紀錄18下 => 10下都有點硬
明明也才退伍1個多月阿QQQQQQQQQQ
難怪板上很多大大常常說練肌肉不容易
因為一下子肌肉就掉了QQ
不知道板上有沒有大大肌肉掉的像我那麼快的
平常又是怎麼維持自己的肌肉量的呢??
