[心得] 深蹲槓鈴放肩膀位置的多種情形
深蹲依槓鈴位置分為:
1. front squat :槓鈴放頸前
2. high bar squat:槓鈴放頸後,在上斜方肌 (較高)

3. low bar squat:槓鈴放頸後,在後三角肌 (較低)

front squat:主要靠(腿前)股四頭肌,能做重量最低
low bar squat:(腿前)股四頭肌有參與,(腿後)hamstrings肌也有出力,能做重量最重
high bar squat:介於上述兩種情形

有一點不解,找不到 high low bar squat 中文的資料,
high low bar squat 中文名稱 高槓深蹲 低槓深蹲?
high bar squat 為何又稱 olympic squat ?奧運的舉重比賽不需要把槓鈴放到頸後呀!
