[問題] 在無法去健身房的情況下堅持大重量

我跟我同學接觸健身約1年半了
其中我常常上來爬文或是看一些網站增加知識
因為現在我跟我同學沒有辦學校的健身證(實在太搶手了= =
所以就只能在家自己徒手練+去學校吊單槓
我手邊是有個10磅的啞鈴
因為沒健身房可去所以加減拿來練二頭
胸就靠伏地挺身,背用單槓,三頭就撐床沿做
核心,深蹲練大腿 這樣大略都有練到
但常常在討論練習的時候我同學總是抱怨重量太輕
像是我的啞鈴練二頭太輕,伏地挺身重量不夠等等
我是知道啞鈴10磅不太夠,可是手邊器材就真的有限然後又不能去健身房
輕的重量也是有輕的練法,為什麼就不能在有限的範圍內去做變化或是延伸呢
總是跟我說這樣練不到甚麼...........
或許是我的觀念有問題
還請各位強者給我一些意見
