[閒聊] 自己弄半天輸給海陸朋友

雖然我背肌拉到寬拉16下之後就只有維持了
(其實就是有點懶...)
但是我有個朋友海陸入伍到現在2個月
他可以直上直下25下
他原本是個體脂肪20%的人 一下單槓都上不去
天天喝酒打砲的人....
還可以引體上槓+空中走樓梯
我下星期一也要入伍
但是是替代役
當我聽到 他變這麼猛的消息時
我好想找個洞鑽進去.....
是不是真的每天練比較猛....

各位的反應真的跟我心理想的一樣....但是他說
長官跟學長的壓力很大 好像欠他們好幾百萬一樣
非練不可 來當海陸你就知道了 說實在我也沒試過2個月每天拉到死
所以也不敢說不可能..所以我在想如果說第一個禮拜從0->3應該沒問題
總共8個星期 第二個星期從3->5也OK 第三個星期5->7
以此類推之後每個星期只要多2下 似乎......有點可能.....
(如果要照這種模式繼續往上可能是更難 但是以20下來說好像有這個可能了...)
不過內心還真的希望是我被他虎爛了....

之前我去健身房他有跟 就整個都是肥肉大概20% 他剛才有給我看目前照片
雖然肥肉還是在 不過大概有降到14%左右的感覺 女乳跟掰掰手改善很多
看起來就像是從普通肥肥的路人 變成有上健身房幾個月還在增肌過程的人
不過不方便在這邊貼照片給大家看.....完全看不到腹肌就是了
